Last batch I made, I blew the airlock top off and sprayed beer all over. This batch ended up being a little more volume in the bucket so I decided to use a hose and bucket instead of the airlock. Problem is that I forgot to put water/sanitizer in the bucket. Nothing came out but I assume it didn't start fermenting yet because air was getting inside. Is the wort still good or did I ruin it? It's been in fermentation for 2 days.

Everything should be fine just add the sanitizer to the blow off container and put some in the airlock when you use it. There is nothing else to do besides wait for 2 weeks then you should be able to do a gravity sample check and check the flavor of that. My bet is the beer is fine with a 95% chance of success. This assumes your tempature of the beer is what the yeast wants!:mug:
