Just kidding, first batch gone...... second batch of west coast blonde ale in secondary (been soakin for 3wks now) and an oktoberfest in primary....


trying to figure out whats going to be next........


wife is finally happy that i have a hobbie that we both enjoy........:mug:

Sounds like you like beers on the lighter side.....maybe a wheat beer next?? Congrats on the successful brews, it is an enjoyable (and addicting) hobby, isn't it??

First batch was a wheat beer....it was good but not great...... didnt let it soak long enough. in primary for 10 days and bottled for two weeks...

Or, if you want to move away from the lighter beers, an ESB or or an IPA could be fun.
