I racked into my bottling bucket on top of priming sugar solution like always. The only problem is that I got called into work for 2 hours and it had to sit. When I got home i stirred it a couple times and then bottled. Do you think I will have a problem?
Did I leave beer sit too long?

I wouldn't worry about it. As long as you stirred thoroughly to incorporate the sugar ( with a sterilized spoon of course) I bet it will be fine.
