I had Krasean come throught the airlock last night. I am not sure how long it was happening. What sort of negative effects can I expect from the brew?

Well at least you've done two important bits of reading.
Seriously Krausen through the airlock, blown airlock and even a blown lid just show you've had a good vigorous ferment and you should consider a larger fermenter or a blow off tube. Unless you leave th wort exposed to the atomosphere for an extended time or something drops into it then tere is nothing to be concerened about.
