Delayed Brew Day

I had stopped at the LHBS last saturday. Here it is Friday, and I haven't brewed yet. I had the grains milled, am I ok?

You're fine. Milled grains are good in the fridge for a few days. the sooner, the better though.

I brewed last night, a week after milling.
Beer will probably be more affected by the drunk brewer than stale grain...
