Degassing

Hi,

When using a degasser (bendy stick attached to drill) are you supposed to stir the sediment at the bottom of the demijohn too?

Do you only need to stir once, and for how long?

It really depends on the kit you are making. It's always best to follow the kit directions. If you're not using a kit, no reason to stir or degas.
