I'm new to this and it's been going well so far. I do have a question about degassing. I used a "wine whip" for about a total of 15 minutes and this morning the airlock is full of bubbles, is this ok or do I need to do it again? Thanks in advance for help!

IT's hard to say without seeing it. You could try taking out a sample and putting it in jar and shaking it with your hand over it. If bubbles rise when it's shaken, it needs more degassing.

Thank you!

I'll give it shot. Can I do any damage by degassing again? Im trying to attach a pic, not sure if it worked.
