Its definitely Samichlaus
widely known as the world's strongest lager!
I hate lagering but this is worth it after tasting this on draft at my favorite restaurant. delicious with honey-fig flavor, I have a clone recipe from clone brews. it has close to 16 lbs of DME (holy crap!) then a transition to champagne yeast.
I've gone all grain for some time and haven't dealt with the sticky stuff in a while. any suggestions on this brew?
