Made it to Monnik in Louisville for dinner. Drinking Voorjaar (cardamon saison), an Old Ale, Voice of the Turtle (ipa), I remember a time (pale lager), and their Pils.
Also ate dinner here. Interesting to contrast this place with Three Floyds. Three floyds had very interesting menu with a fair amount of asian influence. But everything we got was poorly executed and overly greasy. The food at Monnik was a little more understated, simple to execute and very good.
