I've added SO2 after I bottled for some myself. Now that I'm out, is it okay to drink the rest the next day? Its so good!

If not, how long must I wait? 1-2 days if aerated right. But my real question is what happens if I do.

Edit: Also on the side note, if a wine smells like a little like vinegar but tastes okay or slightly it won't harm you? Not mango, my 2nd blueberry batch.

Eh unless allergic I do not think it can hurt ya. If you have asthma then you are more prone to negative effects. It can cause tightness in the chest, wheezing & difficulty breathing.

A vinegar type smell may mean there was some small infection. The k-meta may neutralize it. If it tastes good then do not worry.
