Not sure how it happened but my chest freezer froze my kegs. This has has been working very well for 3 years never a problem. Now I have very strong ice beer and I am not digging the flavor. I am letting it thaw out now but do you think the beers can be saved? I was going to enter these into competition.

Aside from the beer, how are the kegs? I hope they didn't get to swollen, I've seen some horrible pics of filled kegs that froze.

PS Sorry for your loss.........:(

As long as the kegs didn't rupture, the beer will be fine once thawed.

Are you using an external controller and where is the probe?

When I first got my kegerator, I froze a few kegs due to temperature adjustment issues. Like said above, if the keg didn't break, your beer will be fine. When mine froze, I just adjusted the temp, pulled them out of the kegerator until thawed, then threw them back in. Beer tasted exactly the same as it did before they froze.
