What features would you add to your systems to make them as user-friendly / efficient / productive as possible?
A buddy of mine is a TIG welder and is building a fully customized 20 gallon system. I overbuilt the control panel from my previous (10gallon) system, so I'll be using that in it.
All kettles have bottom drains
I have 2 pumps
I have a pile of very fine weave stainless mesh for false bottoms, dry hop screens, etc
There is some tri-clamp, and some NPT, based on scavenging at a scrap yard
All three vessels are stainless with concave bottoms
The fermenter is also a stainless cylinder with a concave bottom, and will be able to use a spunding valve.
Scrap stainless is plentiful and the welder is a friend, so any features you can think of, no matter how extravagant, I'm interested.
