I think the biggest problem will be the inability of most printers to handle coast-weight stock. It would probably be easier to print on stickies.

Print them on high quality paper and then stick them to suitably sized fiberboard. Use some Envirotex or similar product to varnish them, then affix a piece of cork to the bottom.

You can get 24 personalized coasters for $25 if you use one of their designs. You have to pay an extra fee (I think it is another $25) to use your own logo. Still a pretty good deal though compared to other places.

Those are cool...I might look into that.
