Culturing yeast from a bottle

I thought I've been through a thread that had step-by-step instructions how to do it. Can someone please direct me to the thread?

Not sure about step by step threads here, but there's a zillion of them on youtube. Search for harvesting (or culturing) yeast from bottle.
