Hey everyone. Hope everyone is enjoying chilling at home. I did the above recipe. I’m just curious how should my wort taste after it’s chilled. It has a sweet wheat taste

I wouldn't expect that beer to taste sour, but there may be a hint of tartness.
Using bacteria is a much better way to make sour beer, in my opinion.

You can't really judge by the wort though.
