Trying to approximate this beer based on the description given on Ninkasi's website:
http://www.ninkasibrewing.com/delic...s/vanilla-oatis.html?ageVerified=defaultValue

Recipe Type: Partial Mash BIAB

Color: 36.6
ABV 6.6%

GRAIN BILL:

3 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) 26.7 %
1 lbs Oats, Flaked (1.0 SRM) 8.9 %
12.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) 6.7 %
12.0 oz Chocolate Malt (450.0 SRM) 6.7 %
8.0 oz Roasted Barley (300.0 SRM) 4.4 %
4.0 oz Biscuit Malt (23.0 SRM) 2.2 %
5 lbs Golden Light DME

60 minute mash @153 in ~2.5 gal water
Batch dunk sparge in ~2.5 gal water for 15 min.

0.50 oz Nugget [13.00 %] - Boil 60.0 min 20.2 IBUs
0.50 oz Nugget [13.00 %] - Boil 30.0 min 15.5 IBUs
0.50 oz Nugget [13.00 %] - Boil 15.0 min 10.0 IBUs
0.50 oz Nugget [13.00 %] - Boil 5.0 min 4.0 IBUs

Thoughts? Not sure why BeerSmith is saying it won't attenuate enough to reach the 7% that Ninkasi lists. Maybe it's the extract? Thanks in advance.
