0.50 lb Munich Malt (9.0 SRM) Grain 5.41 %
0.50 lb Victory Malt (25.0 SRM) Grain 5.41 %
0.25 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) Grain 2.70 %
0.50 oz Simcoe [13.00 %] (60 min) Hops 24.4 IBU
0.50 oz Simcoe [13.00 %] (25 min) Hops 17.0 IBU
1.00 oz Cascade [5.50 %] (5 min) Hops Aroma

It looks good to me. I really like simcoe hops, so I think it looks really tasty. I like the combo of amarillo/simcoe better, if you have amarillo, but if not, the cascade will work just fine.
 
I'm a fan of the fruitiness of Cascades. I just got a shipment of Amarillos, but I;m saving them for batches 1 and 2 of the DFH clone :)
