Have enough ingredients sitting around for a 2.5 gallon barleywine. Could be enough to do a full 5 gallons of a smaller beer, but I've got some 3 gallon better bottles that i'm wanting to use -- and i want to try no sparge. Anyway, here's what i've come up with based on what i've got at the house right now:

13 lbs British Pale Ale Malt
.25 lbs weyerman caraaroma
.25 dingemans biscuit
.25 weyerman pale wheat

1 oz simcoe pellets @ 60 min
.5 oz simcoe pellets @ 15 min
1/2 tab whirlfloc @ 10 minutes
Wyeast yeast nutrient @ 10 minutes
.5 oz simcoe @5 minutes and/or flameout
1 oz simcoe pellets @ dry hop

1 packet rehydrated danstar nottingham

Please feel free to bash this, or improve it. I'm planning on brewing tomorrow.
