I made this beer a while ago and a friend dumped 4 gallons of it on the floor..... I fermented the last gallon and it turned out really good. I want to try it again (without the help of that friend lol) and was kind of curious if i should make any changes. It is a caramel wit partial mash

4.4# wheat dme
2.2# dark crystal malt (i think 80)
2.2# toasted flaked wheat
2oz willamette @ 60
2 tsp crushed coriander @15
.5 oz bitter orange peel @15
Belgian wheat wyeast

In my notes thats all the info i wrote down after i only salvaged 1 gallon so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I entered it into brewers friend and i think i would cut the hops in half to start
