Has anybody used Crisp Clear Choice pale malt yet?
Their web site says it's been developed for Craft Brewers to give a clearer beer with less haze than other malts. They also claim better flavour stability, longer shelf life, more malty sweet notes and less astringent bitter notes. We shall see.
My local supplier has it in stock. I plan to use it to make a blonde ale with a little cara pils, lots of saaz hops and a high floculent yeast, probably White Labs 007.
