I've brewed two beers in my brewing career, a golden ale and a Belgian wit. The ale is in the last couple days of bottle carbonating, and the Belgian wit is in its first day of primary fermentation.
Both of these beers were brewed from partial mash kits, with malt extract and also speciality grains. I'm looking to put together a recipe that will brew a dark beer with a higher alcohol content and a darker maltier taste to it. How do I even start to make a recipe of my own?
