Hi All
I am doing the counter pressure transfer from the Keg to the Plastic bottle couple days before. I open the plastic bottle today, and found the bubble is not as much as the keg one. I would like ask for the help what's the problem.
The method which I did the counter pressure transfer are as follows.
So, I am thinking about if the step 2 process is too low for this counter pressure process, the beer is loss the bubble.
If it is correct, I am thinking about to increase the step 2 pressure to 14 PSI (Just under the gas relief valve pressure), and run whole of the processes.
Do you think that it can be improved?
Thanks !!

The method which I did the counter pressure transfer are as follows.
- Cold the keg to 0-6 degree C
- Fill the bottle with carbon dioxide to 7-8 psi
- Assembled the gas line to keg, and pressure to 15 psi
- Assemble the liquid line to keg and plastic bottle
- My gas relief valve will release the gas around 14-15 psi ;Beer will flow from keg to plastic bottle
