Corny Sanke kegs

I acquired three corny kegs that have apparently been converted to sanke taps. I'm wondering if there is an advantage or disadvantage for the homebrewer who usually does 10-15 gallon brews and is using ball lock cornies for dispensing? No PRV an issue? Cleaning more difficult? I apologize if this has been reviewed earlier.

They're a bit more labor to clean and make sure they ARE clean, but with the proper fitting work just like any other commercial keg.
