Corn Sugar

I went to the grocery store to pick up some corn sugar, and couldn't find it.. I want to make the Apfelwein. Don't want to use corn syrup, right? I picked up confectioners sugar, but I don't think thats right either.. Where do you get corn sugar?

Have you tried your local home brew store? They usually carry it.

From a homebrew supply retailer. You could probably buy a 25Kg bag from a baker's supply wholesaler if you want to stock up.

You can also use table sugar for ciders.

One recipe I have from Mr. Steve's uses 7 lbs of it and it is really good.

Thanks guys.. I really expected to find it in Shop-Rite.. Oh well... guess an on-line order in getting placed. I'm going to make a batch or Ed Worts Apfelwein..
