-Did you take a reading with your hydrometer?

-Airlock activity is not a sign of fermentation.

-There are ups and downs to both plastic and glass carboys. Glass is heavier and can break, and plastic can be scratched.

-It is not an infection. That's just yeast. It'll be ok.

-4 days is not long enough in primary.

-It is called a no-rinse sanitizer because you don't have to rinse it out. Rinsing it defeats the purpose.

-Selling your beer commercially out of your garage is not possible. There are health code considerations as well as ATF permits necessary.
