Just got the Coopers Brewmaster Wheat Beer kit and Copper Tun Bavarian Wheat beer enhancer pack mixed up, and waiting for it to cool down.
The yeast that came with the kit is the Coopers yeast - 27712W.
Should I use this Coopers yeast or rather go for something like the Safbrew WB-06 yeast?
