Coopers Pilsner and Lager with Saflager S23

The holidays took a pretty big toll on my homebrew supplies. As it's winter and we have a barely heated garage, time to try lagering!

I started a Coopers Lager and Pilsner with 1kg of Brew Enhancer #1 and pitched Saflager S23.
