Coopers Kits an extra Ingrediants

Just a quick note, you guys are awesome, to a noob starting out and learning on the fly most of my questions are answered and that is helping me tremendously. Now my next ? I have a coopers wheat kit, I rasberry wheat, I have one can of the wheat extract 2 lbs of wheat dme and a little dextrose. I am going to add the rasberry extract in after racking into the secondary, now I have made a nut brown already from coopers and it seems like the abv is a little light, iI did not take a og/fg. How can I make this beer have a higher abv but not take away from the taste. The nut brown tastes great but is more of a session beer.

To add alcohol without affecting flavour, add sugar. Depending on your budget, use table sugar (cheap) or frutrose or glucouse or sucrose.
