Hello, i just bought some Coopers IPA (originally wanted john bull IPA, but none in stock) i only got 1kg of brewing sugar and forgot the light dry malt, could i brew this without dry malt ? what would the outcome be like ?

Currently sipping a Coopers IPA, brewed as follows:

1kg DME, 1kg Dextrose, 1 oz Cascade @ 25 minutes, and 1oz Cascade dry hopped for 5 days, total volume 20L. Boil volume was only about 2.5 gallons.

It's outstanding. I'd recommend finding a recipe you want, hanging on until you've got the ingredients, and making the best beer you can, whether it takes a few days more or not. Don't spend your time and ingredients brewing something that may not turn out - give your beer the best chance you can!
