You could go all sorts of places with that...looks like it has 28 IBU's to start. I might add a little more malt and some spices and make it a spiced christmas beer.

Hmm, ok. thats an idea.... I tend not to like that strain though
I almost always add some more malt, I was thinking some light non hopped (give it body without flavoring it)
I bought a whole bunch of stuff off someone, and this was part of it Just no idea what to do

Sounds like you're itching to experiment! I've found that if you keep adding stuff, you usually wind up with an imperial stout But those are very much hopped with tons of malt. Either go there directly, or try your own ale

Add 2# od DME and 1# of corn sugar - if you wanna add some more hoppy flavor boil up some hops in the dme - mix it all together and it will be mighty good

HMMM, this seemed to go pretty well last night!
Used the Dark ale, with 3LBS of Extra light DME and 3 LBS of Light and 2 additions of UK kent hops.
