Has anyone out there ever made the Coopers Dark ale kit? Was thinking of mixing with 3lb of LME and one cuppa bwon sugar? Lemme know what you think if anyone has tried it.....

Adding the "extras" will change the profile considerably. Not that it is a bad thing...I usually add 3 lbs extra dme and maybe a pound of honey or 2 to my kits from brewers best.
