Hi there,

I've been making beer using coopers extracts. I left my most recent batch in the bucket for about a month now (not by design) just was busy. Am I ok to bottle carb it still or would I be better off kegging and force carbing or does it matter at all?

I would carb per usual. 5oz of sugar for 5 gal, for example.

Sure, perfectly fine to still bottle carb, doesn't matter at all. You can keg or bottle, whichever you want. All my beers sit in the fermenter for 4 weeks.
