Converting TXT to XML?

I'm trying to move all my recipes from ProMash to Beer Alchemy since I've switched computers. I exported all my recipes from ProMash as text files, now I need to convert them to XML to plug them into Beer Alchemy. Does anyone know of a program for this conversion?

XML files are text... you'll need a schema to know what format to put the recipes in.

I see the script on the bottom of the page, but I'm not really sure how to use it. Is there a specific application?

If you can save all your ProMash recipes as .rec files then you can directly import the .rec files into BeerAlchemy. There is the import arrow at the top, choose the file, and it will take you through a series of steps to match the ingredients in the .rec file to the ones in the BeerAlchemy library. This might be easier.
