We have recently upgraded our MT and Boil Kettle form 100 litres to 500 litres, we were heating on gas burners and have decided to move to electricity. We have 3 phase power and plan on boiling with 2 x 3kw elements. What do we need to know to prevent scorching? Anything else we need to be concerned about? Wheres the best place to fit the elements on the tank?
