Just curious how easy it is for an expert to weld fittings to my kettles down the road if I start out using weld-less fittings. I'm assuming it shouldn't be an issue, just thought there might be an issue if the fittings aren't exactly flush with the kettle wall. I'm probably going to have quite a few holes drilled and could definitely see not wanting to deal with o-rings leaking down the road.
Convert weld-less fittings to welded?

No problem at all. The hole gets drilled out a bit larger and the coupling is welded in.
