I currently have a tap system set up. I would like to expand my system for multiple home brew kegs. I am thinking of purchasing the kit shown below.

Since I already have a primary regulator, I was wondering if it possible to convert the chudnow primary regulator to a secondary regulator? This way I can add a splitter off of my current primary (set at 30 PSI for carbonating kegs), and the other tail would go to the converted chudnow (set at 10 PSI). The output of this regulator will lead to the manifold, and distribute to my kegs like usual.

Is it possible to remove the tank connection from the regulator input, and insert a male NPT to barb connection (similar to the manifold input). If so, what size fitting would I need?

You can unscrew the adapter that threads onto your bottle. You can also add a regulator to the port where the high pressure gauge is screwed in. Unscrew the gauge. Screw on a new regulator. Then put the high pressure gauge on the second regulator.

If you buy this kit...

It will look like this when you're done
