Anyone have any experience with continuous hopping where one adds their hops every few minutes throughout the boil? If so, does it produce a distinctly different hoppiness than hop additions say, every 15 min?
And finally, how do you calculate IBU's when you continuously add hops throughout the boil? I use beersmith, so to calculate IBU's I just partitioned my hops into even amounts every 15 min.
