Do you have to control the temperature in conical fermenters? Or can you just ferment in them as you would a bucket or carboy?
 
Right I should have specified i'm sorry. My basement stays a constant temperature around 60 degrees. I haven't had any problems with 5 gallon batches, would I experience any with 10 gallons?
