Conical Fermenter

Anyone thought about using an IBC as a conical fermenter. I found these online

It would mean increasing my batch size and would create is only problems with chilling, but for half the price of an Homebrew HDPE conical.

You would have to add tap for draw off above the cake and an airlock but other than that they are good to go.

Easiest thing to do to cool it is make a stainless steel coil to put inside and run cold glycol through it.
