Confused on reading hydrometer

Alright, so im not entirely sure how to read my hydrometer and not finding good info on the web. My hydrometer starts off with 1.000 and the has five hash marks in between the main hash marks that read 10,20,30, so on and so forth. what do these hash marks indicate does '10' mean 1.100 or 1.010?
what i am lloking for is an SP of around 1.014, the reading that i have is on the 3rd hash below the 10 marking. does this indicate 1.013?

10 would be 1.010. There are 5 marks in between each is .002.
