All three of the beers in my primaries have hit my target FG after 12 days. I plan to leave the beer in the primaries to condition for another 2+ weeks. Can I keep them at a low (40-50) temp., or should I keep them at 70ish?

I would leave them at your fermentation temperature. You want the yeast to be active and metabolizing the various byproducts of fermentation. If you cool it down they become inactive.
