After using the system I built for over 10 years. I went another direction and plopped down a big chuck of cash on a 20 gallon Brew - Boss deluxe COFI system so I'm selling my entire 3 tier system. All vessels are converted 1/2 barrels and all have valves installed. It has (2) natural gas burners now but I do have the propane burners from when I converted it to natural gas that can be switch back to propane if needed. I modeled it after the "Tippy Dump" so its a pretty neat set up. Its on wheels so you roll it where ever you like. I even rolled it down to the curb to wash and spray it out if need be.
You heat water in the lowest kettle to mash temp, pump it into the highest kettle (mash tun), heat mash out water, pump it into the mash tun, heat sparge water, connect spinning sparge arm, turn on and adjust the pump, sparge as gravity feeds the wort into the boil kettle and then you boil away. While its boiling, you pull the release angle and the spent grains tip right into the garbage or container of your choice.
Comes as seen with: Fully welded 3 tier stand on wheels, natural and propane burners, March pump with brand new impeller upgrade, all 1/2 barrel conversions, stainless steel spinning sparge arm, brand new custom made (by me) cleanable counter flow chiller meaning you can easily clean the inside. This chiller will instantly chill from boil to pitch temp or chill & swirl 12 - 13 gallons from boil to pitch temp in 10 - 15 minutes depending on water temperature. Also the stainless steel bottom pan for easy storage of items.
I'm selling it for $600. I'll be donating 5% of the selling price to the forum that has helped me so many others in the art of brewing.
Let me know if you have any questions
