Competition Beer fermentation/bottle question

So i am entering my 1st beer into a local competition. I brewed my IPA on Sunday the 17th and the competition has a cut off date of March 15th. How long should I give the carbonation to hit the appropriate level? Fermentation had started about 12 hours after brewing. Just wondering what all your thoughts are on how long i should continue to let it ferment in the primary.
 
Let the beer hit its final gravity. Check and when you are getting the same reading over three days, it is done. Assuming you dry hop 5 days, you are cutting this very close even if you force carb. Bottle conditioning is probably not going to happen fast enough.
