So I've been meaning to ask this for a while, when you get a commercial keg (I just got one of Bells Two Hearted not long ago) do you need to do anything different when you hook it up to the CO2? Should it be lower?
It's an American IPA, carbed to style should be somewhere between 2.2 to 2.7 volumes. Without knowing the brewery specifics, I'd aim for the middle, and reference our favorite beer carbonation table to figure out the proper pressure...
The best way is to contact the brewery, ask how many volumes of CO2 they carb to, and set your regulator appropriately using the table day_trippr linked to above. Or like he said, just make an assumption and go with it. If you pick a level that's lower than what it's carbed to, you might get a little foaming initially until things are evened out.
