Commercial brewing VA

Morning all! Does anyone know, specifically in VA, if you are allowed to brew at one facility and serve/sell at another location? Both would be owned and operated by the same people/chain.

Im not an attorney so Im not qualified to offer legal interpretation or advice however, Section 1 of the license code (from either either link below) contains the info you're after. Seems like the second paragraph was written for AB and Busch Gardens.
