I bought Briess Victory to use in this recipe, which is 28L. The recipe calls for 35L Amber malt. I actually have 2 lbs of Victory, so should I bump it up to get closer to the color in the recipe, or just stick with 1.66 lbs? I'm more concerned with getting the correct flavor than the color and someone mentioned in one of the threads to be careful with the Amber malt or the malt profile would be too strong.

Potential represented as SG per pound per gallon.

There's the grain bill I went with, I ended up with only about 42% efficiency though. I mashed 1.25 qt/lb at 149 and sparged once with 3.8 gal. I added 1.6 lbs dme during the boil to bring the gravity up.
