Recently made some peach wine with Gervin GV10 yeast. Yeast wasn't settling after racking so decided to use a clarification agent. Used the one in the subject heading and the flavour now has a salty tang - not overpowering but unwelcome. Any ideas on how to get rid of this / prevent it happening next time?
