Hey everyone, I already posted in the beginner's forum, and I know I'll be posting a lot more while I try not to screw anything up. Any good recipes out there that a new brewer could handle? I'll drink anything, I'm from Rhode Island.

Try any of the extract recipes from the recipe forum, it's really no harder than making tea and boiling water (until you go All-Grain that is). If you can do that, clean things, and read a thermometer than you can make beer just as good (or better) than what you can buy.

Also, welcome to the site.

1. Read. Buy a book or go to http://www.howtobrew.com/
2. Find a local home brew shop (LHBS). Should be easy, probably plenty in you area.
3. Get the equipment.
4. Buy an extract kit from them (let them put it together).
5. Make beer.

Repeat.
