In the next few months, I may step up from making 5g batches to 10g batches. I see lots of people using the Coleman Xtreme 70 for mashing. Do you guys think the 52 would hold the heat better for 10g mashes, since there would be less headspace? Both of these coolers are about the same price on amazon.
