For the first time, I've tried cold crashing my beer and I'm just wondering how I should go about bottling it. From what I've read, I should probably let it warm up for a day or two so that the yeast becomes a bit active and I can bottle condition it.

If it's possible to bottle it a couple of hours after removing it from the cold, let me know because I have a bit of time tonight and would like to bottle if it will work.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Yep, bottle it as it is, and use that great carbonation calculator to figure out how much priming sugar to use. Then, leave the bottles out at room temperature for 2-3 weeks.
